Terms of service.
Agreement
By accessing bidshelf.com or using the BidShelf platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are between you (or the company you represent) and the operating company behind BidShelf.
The service
BidShelf is a proposal authoring platform provided on a subscription basis. Specific features, service levels, and pricing are set out in the order form or proposal you receive from us before your deployment is provisioned.
We may update, change, or remove features from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice before any material removal affecting an active deployment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use BidShelf to upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or resell access without our written agreement.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to or create in BidShelf, including proposals, company information, images, and project data. You grant us the limited right to store and process this content solely to operate the service on your behalf.
Fees and termination
Fees and the term of your subscription are set out in your order form. Either party may terminate for material breach. On termination we will make your content available for export for 30 days before deletion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidShelf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
